Privacy notice

Reg 44 Kent provides independent Regulation 44 visits to children's homes in Kent and Medway. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@reg44kent.com.

When you use the quote form we collect your name, role, organisation, email address, phone number if you give it, the number and location of your homes, your preferred start date and anything you write in the message box.

We use this only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, set up the visits. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our service, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

• FormspreeThe quote form is delivered by Formspree, Inc., which receives what you type and forwards it to our email. Formspree stores submissions on our behalf and acts as our processor. Formspree is based in the United States and transfers are covered by its standard contractual clauses. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• EmailYour enquiry arrives in our business email, where it is kept while we deal with it.
• Fathom AnalyticsWe use Fathom to count visits to the site. Fathom does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and cannot identify you. See Fathom's privacy policy.

If you do not go ahead with us, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. Formspree submissions are deleted from our Formspree account on the same basis.

If you become a client, your contact details are kept for as long as we work together and for 6 years afterwards, in line with normal record-keeping for business contracts.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our using it. Email hello@reg44kent.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Regulation 44 visits involve information about children living in the homes we visit. That information is handled under a separate written agreement with each registered provider and is never collected through this website.
